All product-contact parts and external surfaces are constructed from high-quality stainless steel and feature a polished finish. The machine can be integrated with wet granulation systems or fluid bed drying equipment to meet different process requirements.
Working principle
The machine utilizes the high-speed relative motion between the rotor and the screen to efficiently process agglomerated materials. Under the compressive action of the rotor, the material is rapidly forced through the screen openings to form uniform granules, which are discharged instantly. This process generates minimal heat, ensuring high efficiency, excellent granule quality, and consistent product performance.
Equipped with a variable-frequency drive (VFD), the machine offers a wide range of adjustable rotor speeds to accommodate different process requirements. The bottom-drive design ensures smooth material feeding and stable operation, making it ideal for pharmaceutical, food, and other powder-processing applications.

High-precision screen apertures and accurately controlled clearance between the granulating blade and screen ensure precise control of particle size distribution.
The proprietary right-angle transmission system and shaft sealing technology significantly reduce the risk of product contamination.
The entire product-contact chamber features smooth, seamless transitions without dead corners, ensuring smooth material flow, minimal residue, and high product yield.
