Application

This laboratory-scale, highly closed granulation line integrates functions of granulation, drying, sizing, and mixing, with an optional weighing and dispensing module. With a batch capacity ranging from 0.5 to 5 kg, the equipment operates entirely within an isolator. It achieves an Occupational Exposure Band (OEB) rating of 4 and 5, effectively meeting the closed processing requirements for highly toxic, highly potent, and highly sensitizing drugs, thereby minimizing operator exposure during production.

Features

• Inflatable Seal System: The entire equipment utilizes inflatable seals. In the event of an unexpected power or air supply failure, the sealing state is maintained for an extended period to ensure safety.

• Closed Material Transfer: Features a Bag-In/Bag-Out (BIBO) charging system (via a buffer hopper) and an Alpha-Beta valve for discharging to meet closed separation requirements.

• BIBO Filtration System: The air inlet and exhaust systems both employ BIBO technology. The air inlet is equipped with an H13 filter, while the exhaust features dual-stage H13 filtration to ensure compliance with emission standards.

• Manual Cleaning: The equipment is manually cleaned using a hand-held spray gun. The internal chamber is first pre-wetted, and then the glass door is opened to allow for thorough spray rinsing.
