Working principle
The machine is composed of booster pump,heat exchanger.water storage tank,control system and so on,and the various water source are pressurized by a booster pump to clean the inner surface of the device,Hot water source is generated by tap water heated by the heat exchanger.The cleaning agent is controlled by the valve to add the amount,entering to the booster pump after mixing.The cleaning procedure is set according to the process requirements.Atfter the cleaning is completed,the compressed air is blown according to the program to dry the water in the pipeline,and the cleaned equipment is dried for future production.
Feature
This machine is optionally equipped with heat exchanger,if users have no hot water source.
The outlet can be connected to several devices for online cleaning.
Cleaning procedures,processes,etc.are set on the touch screen,the automation program is high,and the operation is simple.
