Work principle

The lifting machine among floors is mainly composed of column, lifting platform system,control system,etc.When it works,first send the materials to the lifting platform,close the safety fence and start the lifting operation lever on the control panel to lift the materials to the designated position,lock the upper limit device, when the lifting platform stops movement,open the safety fence and push out the materials to complete upward and downward conveying of materials among floors.

Features

1.The column structure of the machine is made of solid steel frame.The two pieces of special heavy forklift channel steel have high strength after welding.The exterior surfaces are made of matte stainless steel pattern plate,which is easy to clean. 

2.The lifting groove is separated by curtain,which meets the requirement of clean area.

3.It is equipped with safety electric interlocking and upper and lower limit devices among floors to ensure equipment safety during the movement,fuly meeting GMP requirements for medicine production.
