Working principle

High-pressure homogenizers use high-pressure pumps to push materials through homogenization valve gaps at high pressure. The resulting high-speed flow, along with intense shear, impact, and cavitation effects, reduces particles or droplets to a size of φ0.2-10 μm, creating a uniform and stable emulsion or suspension.
