Working principle

According to the production order and process, put materials into clean feeding station, then convey to the high buffer tank by vacuum feeder. By a screw feeder, materials quantitative added to the weighing hopper on the mobile car, which automatically move to the bottom of high buffer tank. When ingredient completed, hopper moved to the specified location, for next procedure to use. The whole batching process completed automatically and completely closed, and there is no dust leakage in the process of feeding, conveying and metering.
