Working principle

When the compressed air supplied to the vacuum generator, the feeding door of the hopper is closed under the push of the cylinder, and the vacuum generator generates negative pressure to form a vacuum airflow. Under the action of this airflow, the materials transported to the vacuum hopper through the hose, and the hopper separated from the vacuum generator through the filter assembly. After a certain time (feeding time), the compressed air is closed, and the vacuum generator cannot generate a vacuum. Meanwhile, the feeding door of the hopper opened under the push of the cylinder, and the vacuum of the vacuum feeder disappears. The material automatically put into the receiving equipment from the feeding door, and the compressed air back-blowing filter stored in the air bag cleaned automatically. After a certain time (feeding time), the compressed air is restarted and the above action repeats again, so that the material is continuously fed into the receiving equipment.
