Working principle

When the pump rotating, the air pump generates negative pressure to form a vacuum airflow, and the material is sucked into the nozzle to form a material airflow, which passes through the suction pipe into the chamber of feeding machinery (such as wet mixing granulator, square cone mixer, etc.). The filter completely separates the material from the air. When the material filled in the chamber, the controller will automatically cut off the power supply and the vacuum conveyor will stop working. At the same time, the compressed air will automatically clean the filter through the pulse blowback valve. When the time is up or the material level sensor sends out the material feeding signal, automatically start the feeding machine, repeat the above action again, the material continuously sent into the receiving equipment.
