It is for bagged powder/granular materials, facilitating easy unpacking and feeding. It's ideal for industries like petroleum, chemicals, pharmaceuticals, food processing, textiles, power, construction, environmental protection, and metallurgy. It ensures safe handling in flammable, low corrosive, high dust environments. Usually paired with material conveying and powder batching systems.
Working principle
The powdered material bag is conveyed to the roller conveyor and lifted at the rear end to create a 25° slope. Gravity causes it to slide down into the feeding hopper, where a rotating cutter cuts it open. The powder falls onto a grid above the hopper and then into the hopper itself. Any remaining powder on the bag is manually removed before discarding. Throughout, a dust removal system maintains a slight negative pressure to prevent dust leakage, aided by a pulse dust removal device for filter cleaning.
