It is for bagged powder/granular materials, facilitating easy unpacking and feeding.
It's ideal for industries like petroleum, chemicals, pharmaceuticals, food processing, textiles, power, construction, environmental protection, and metallurgy. It ensures safe handling in flammable, low corrosive, high dust environments. Usually paired with material conveying and powder batching systems.
Working principle
Powder bags are conveyed to the roller conveyor, then pushed into the feeding bin by a screw mechanism. Inside the bin, a pneumatic gate knife and hook bag device synchronize to complete the feeding process. After feeding, waste bags are automatically pushed into the collection bin. The feeding bin features a dust removal and cleaning system, maintaining a slight negative pressure during operation to prevent dust leakage.
