It integrates granulation, drying, and granulating functions, offering versatile use.
The top drive wet type rapid mixer granulator adopts the top drive method,placing the transmission and sealing on the upper part of the equipment to prevent water,material or dust from infiltrating the drive mechanism. By adding a vacuum pump and a heating jacket to achieve vacuum drying, thus one set equipment can finish the mixing,granulating,drying and cone mill processes.The equipment can realize containment feeding and discharging.It is completely containment and leak-free during the working process. It is suitable for the production of high-active materials and it is an important process equipment in the production of solid preparation.

Working principle
The process begins with materials introduced into the mixing vessel via vacuum or manual feeding. Dry blending occurs with the activation of the mixing paddle. Binder is then sprayed in, forming wet granules through the action of the mixing paddle and granulating knife. Next, the wet granules undergo drying in a vacuum environment with heating provided through the jacket. Finally, the dry granules are discharged and processed into uniform particles.
