The granulator is versatile, with mixing, granulation, and drying functions, ideal for pharmaceutical, food, and chemical industries.
Working principle
The process begins with materials introduced into the mixing vessel via vacuum or manual feeding. Dry blending occurs with the activation of the mixing paddle. Binder is then sprayed in, forming wet granules through the action of the mixing paddle and granulating knife. Next, the wet granules undergo drying in a vacuum environment with heating provided through the jacket. Finally, the dry granules are discharged and processed into uniform particles.
