The JTz series liting dry mill can directly make the materials in the fuid bed granulating silo into desired granules and send them into the mixing barrel.
Detailed introduction
Working principle
The machine is composed of the fixed lifting transferring machine and miling machine.During operation,the conical hopper is assembled onto the silo.The silo is lifted,turned and the column is rotated horizontally to the required position.The silo is lowered to the work height,the miling machine is started,and with the opening of the buterfly valve,the materials are transferred to the next procedure.
Features
1.The machine adopts electrically and hydraulically integrated control technology to realize stable and reliable,safe performance.it uses the rocker operation system,which makes the use convenient and flexible.
2.The granules miling machine can be lowered to any work height together with the conical copper for the convenience of connection with the next procedure.
3.Procedure transferring is carried out under the closed status,avoiding dust and causing no pollution.
4.Diferent specification of screen can be replaced for the milling machine.
